How it Works

Home organization that’s efficient, fun, and judgment-free

A well-organized home lets you make every moment, and every countertop, count.

By getting to know you and how you live your life and use your spaces, I’ll propose organizational systems that support the way you actually live.

The Process

  • 1. Getting to Know You

My goal is always to capture your style and propose methods that fit your reality. First, we’ll chat by phone to discuss your needs, budget, and timeframe and make sure I'm the right gal to help you. Then we'll schedule a complimentary home visit so I can see your space and understand how you use it.

  • 2. Sorting and Letting Go, Gently

On day one, you’ll walk me around again to share more details about how you use your space and what your pain points are. I’ll go through your items and create keep, toss, donate, “I don’t know”, and check piles. You approve. We adjust. No guilt, no shame, and so much sensitivity to the fact that letting go of our stuff can be hard. You’ll watch unwanted items disappear as I donate and recycle as much as possible, facilitating pickups as needed.

  • 3. Putting Your Stuff Away

The fun part! You’ll be introduced to proposed organizational systems that fit your daily habits and preferences. We’ll start with your existing storage solutions and then purchase budget-conscious items as needed and figure out the perfect organizing tools/containers. Big shoutout to the TJX brands—my favorite finds often come straight from the TJX family of stores!! You'll have some time to live your life to test the new system to decide if it works for you. We keep what works, and we tweak what doesn't— it's a beautiful thing.

  • 4. Capturing Your Style

Now that you have more free space, you’ll be inspired to use it to its fullest potential. You may need help with furniture placement, art and photo hanging, and other design elements to make your house a home. Whatever support you need to reinforce your style, I’m here for it all!

  • 5. Checking In

A few months later, you’ll hear from me to see how things are going. Once you see how life-changing this work is, you may just find some more spaces that need an expert touch!

Don’t waste another day dreading the mess.

You may be wondering . . .

Where do you work?

I offer services to families across New England. If you live outside of the area, feel free to reach out, and we can explore the possibility of working together. For locations outside of my standard service range, a travel fee may apply.

Do I have to evacuate the premises while you do your thing?

No! In fact, this isn’t set it and forget it, so don't plan on skipping town. We'll need to consult a few times throughout the process. Expect to be able to go about your day (get those groceries, take that Zoom call), but plan a handful of times when we’ll efficiently connect about things like the donate pile, the type of containers you want to use, or furniture placement. Oh—and I love kids and pets, so no need to hide them. I love involving kids in the process when it comes to things like their bedrooms or playrooms! By giving them a chance to weigh in, we can build systems they are excited to maintain.

Will I need to buy a bunch of expensive, matchy-matchy containers?

Sometimes matchy-matchy is what we need, but not necessarily for everything. I believe in using what we can from your own home first and then supplementing with value-conscious solutions. I love a trip to Home Goods or TJ Maxx! You'll even have the chance to try what I buy for a couple of weeks to make sure it's truly working for you before you commit. No matter what, the end result will look cohesive and fantastic.

Is my home organization project going to take forever?

My clients regularly tell me they are surprised by how fast I work. We'll map out a timeline from a few hours to a few days, depending on your project, so you know what you're in for. For multi-day projects, I will always leave you with a fully functional space at the end of each day. My goal is always to take what feels overwhelming and make it efficient, inspiring, and—dare I say?—fun.

How much do your services cost?

My fee varies depending on the nature of your project. I try to work with budgets of all sizes.

What Covid-19 precautions do you take before entering another person's home?

I am fully vaccinated and follow CDC suggested guidelines for wearing a mask inside.
