A home organization expert for real people,
like you.

Since you deserve to know who’s going through your closets…..

I’m a trained interior designer, a graduate of the Pratt Institute and Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.  I’m a wife, a mom of two incredible boys, the older sister to three younger brothers, and a first-generation Korean-American.

Since I was little, I wanted to be an artist. As the first child of Korean immigrants, I started with the obligatory practical path, business school at Babson College—GO BEAVERS!—  before freeing my artistic side through interior design.

When I'm not working, I'm enjoying time with my two boys, Winston and Simon, and my husband Eric, who is my biggest cheerleader and the reason I took the leap and found this work that I love.

I’ve lived all over (New York, Korea, Los Angeles, Boston), am originally from New Jersey (what up, Exit 7A), and currently reside in Belmont, MA.

I've been organizing things my whole life—from my parents' family photos as a kid to my sons' bedrooms and our closets. I love taking this passion into the world and helping my clients discover the fun and possibility in this process and their spaces.

Excited about the possibility of reclaiming your space?

Is your house a retreat that reflects you and your style?

Or are you constantly battling the piles, spending too much time hunting things down, or not even using certain areas because they are brimming with who-knows-what?

There is no shame in it— it's a common struggle!

As a working mom of two, I get it. I know how hard it is to juggle so many things while consistently accumulating stuff that you need to keep track of and put somewhere.

I started Slimm Design to help you take back control of your life by freeing yourself from the stuff that’s weighing you down.

It all started one night, flipping through Netflix while my fam was in bed. I landed on a home organizing show and was immediately hooked. The hosts looked like they were having so much fun. All alone in that quiet moment of clarity, I realized—wait, I went to Pratt for interior design and love putting things in their place. I could do that.

The difference is, I wanted to do it for real people who maybe don’t want to shell out for a zillion new acrylic bins. People without the time or motivation to keep their snacks arranged by color. People who need a nudge out of their comfort zone but don’t want their entire world upside down.

When I enter a room, I can quickly visualize where things should go to make your home feel calmer and serve you better. My formal interior design training and the years I've spent in the industry help me to see the potential through the clutter. Most importantly, I promise a fun, judgment-free path to calmer, more beautiful, and more functional spaces.
